Governor Cuomo 4/3/2020:

"As a society, beyond just this immediate situation, we should start looking forward to understand how this experience is going to change us, or how it should change us, because this is going to be transformative. It is going to be transformative on a personal basis, on a social basis, on a systems basis. We're never going to be the same again. We're not going to forget what happened here.

The fear that we have, the anxiety that we have, that's not just going to go away. When do we get back to normal? I don't think we get back to normal. I think we get back, or we get to a new normal. Right? Like we're seeing in so many facets of society right now. So we will be at a different place." (6)

Bill Gates 4/3/2020:

"We'll have a lot of unusual measures until we get the world vaccinated," Gates concludes. "You know, seven billion people, that's a tall order — but it is where we need to get to, despite a lot of things between now and then, to minimise the damage." (8)

WHO warns people will need to get used to a new way of living. "Takeshi Kasai, the WHO's regional director for the Western Pacific, has warned that relaxing lockdown measures too quickly will lead to fresh waves of infections..."At least until a vaccine, or a very effective treatment, is found, this process will need to become our new normal," he said. (20)

The powers that be through the media (which is now owned by only 4 companies) are telling you again and again, that we are going to come out of this - eventually - into a "New Normal". No - not back to normal - a New Normal. And this New Normal will be our normal until Jesus comes back. What may that New Normal look like?

We can glean how it may look from the Bible. My blog 14, #Watch3 was written back in October before the outbreak of COVID-19. If you haven't yet read it, you may want to go back and read it now. In that blog I talk about Bible prophesies that are either in the works or quickly headed our way. There I wrote about the world doing away with cash payments and having to be "chipped"in order to buy or sell. So what Ordo Ab Chao (Order out of Chaos) would the powers that be want to provide for us during this worldwide pandemic?

Become Cashless

Because of Covid-19 there is a lot of talk about doing away with cash. Trader Joes even has a sign out front of their store requesting purchases be made with cards or phones only. Good ole Joe American is not going to easily give up his cash - but - if it carries the dreaded Covid-19 they may not be able to use it any longer.

In a Forbes article entitled, "The Coronavirus Crisis Has Changed Money Forever" it says,

"Cash use has all but evaporated, something that will leave the likes of Visa and Mastercard as gatekeepers of spending... In Britain, cash use halved in a handful of days last month as stores were shuttered and people fretted notes and coins could be transmitting the virus, the U.K.'s largest ATM operator reported...

Stores around the world, including some supermarket and grocery store chains, have opted to go card only, refusing cash. It's a change they say is only during the coronavirus crisis but seems unlikely to ever go back to how it was before.

The Marxist revolutionary Vladimir Lenin said: 'There are decades where nothing happens; and there are weeks where decades happen.'

Yes...these are those weeks.

So, it is very likely, that at some point we may well be hearing about new payment solutions that will make it easier and far less germy than handling cash or credit cards that can become tainted when you slip your chip into the reader.

In that the powers that be can not be totally in control of cash, they have been diligently working behind the scenes and passing various laws regarding cash. The want a cash trail in banks for instance. But really, they need to completely take everything that is off the grid and get it on the grid to garner the ability to see where, when and what, you spend your money on and how you got it.

So yes...Looks like the new normal will eventually be cashless.

Surveillance.

In order for us to get to a new normal from total lockdown is to have strict measures in place to make sure no one else comes down with COVID-19. In part, for now, the powers that be

are looking into phone tracking.

Wall Street Journal: "U.S. and Europe Turn to Phone-Tracking Strategies to Slow Spread of Coronavirus Amid privacy concerns, nations work with apps, geolocation data to help identify and isolate infected citizens. Western Government aiming to relax restrictions on movement are turning to unprecedented surveillance to track people infected with the new Coronavirus and identify those with whom they have been in contact." According to this same article China, Singapore, Israel and South Korea are already using such apps. (3)

The Guardian: "Growth In Surveillance May Be Hard To Scale Back After Pandemic,

Experts say the coronavirus pandemic has led to an unprecedented global surge in digital surveillance, researchers and privacy advocates around the world have said, with billions of people facing enhanced monitoring that may prove difficult to roll back.

Governments in at least 25 countries are employing vast programmes for mobile data tracking, apps to record personal contact with others, CCTV networks equipped with facial recognition, permission schemes to go outside and drones to enforce social isolation regimes.

The methods have been adopted by authoritarian states and democracies alike and have opened lucrative new markets for companies that extract, sell, and analyse private data. One of the world’s foremost experts on mobile phone surveillance said the pandemic had created a “9/11 on steroids” that could lead to grave abuses of power." (4)

Politico: " Google Wielding Its Vast Troves of Phone - Tracking Data in Virus Fight.

Google will use its mammoth collection of mobile location data to measure whether people across the globe are following government directives to remain at home during the coronavirus pandemic — or are venturing out to locations such as stores, parks and offices. Tensions between privacy and public health have already arisen in multiple countries as governments struggle to respond to the virus — including in Europe, where the continent's history of strong privacy regulations has not prevented multiple governments from asking their mobile phone carriers to turn over location-tracking data.

Countries such as Poland and South Korea have also required or requested people under quarantine to download an app that allows the government to track their movements." (5)

But wait! Bill Gates, Japanese Tech giant SoftBank and Aerospace giant Airbus are backing EarthNow with 1 billion dollars "to launch 500 satellites to cover Earth's atmosphere in video surveillance and provide live video feedback with only one second delay." (14)

"With EarthNow's constellation of satellites, you will see events unfold as they happen in as little as one second" with full color footage and zoom capabilities (but they claim you will not be able to single out any one person). This footage will first be available to governments and then to the business sector. "The satellites will have 'machine intelligence' [that] 'can interpret' what they are seeing to aid in surveillance. The goal? "100% pole to pole global coverage." In case you have privacy concerns, EarthNow insists that it will operate within the law. (15)

A very disturbing 2010 Canadian documentary entitled Outbreak: Anatomy of a Plague, had Dr. Theresa Tam Director General - Canadian Centre for Emergency Preparedness Response.

Said Tam: “I think the public has to know there is one of the worst case scenarios, in terms of an infectious disease outbreak, in that their cooperation is sought.”

She warned “if there are people who are non-compliant, there are definitely laws and public health powers that can quarantine people in mandatory settings.”

In the film, the visuals go back and forth between her being interviewed to scenes of a man being handcuffed and arrested by armed police. The narration has Tam saying there is “potential you can track people, put bracelets on their arms, have police and their setups to ensure quarantine is undertaken.”

Narrator Colm Feore explains: “Police checkpoints are set up on all the bridges and everyone leaving the city is required to show proof of vaccination. Those who refuse to cooperate are taken away to temporary detention centers.” (20)

So yes...Looks like the new normal will eventually have strict surveillance.

5G

Everyone has been asking about 5G and its effect on our health. I do not have that answer, but I would say that even the elite and Bill Gates would have to suffer if it does have adverse effects to our health (unless they have some kind of immunity to radiation that we don't). And it is here to stay. You have to have it fully up and running for this "Internet of Things" to work. And the powers that be are going to make sure that happens. Even if the populace tore down every 5 G tower, it does not matter because Elon Musk (Tesla Maker) has a company called SPACEX. He has been launching Starlink satellites into space. These satellights beam 5G "super fast" internet to your home from space. His plan is to have 42,000 satellites orbiting every point on the earth at all times. (17, 18, 19)

Immunity Passports

Covid-19 Credential Initiative:

"The COVID-19 Credentials Initiative (CCI) is a collaboration of more than 60 organizations working to deploy verifiable credential solutions to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Our goal is simple, we want to enable society to return to ‘normal’ in a controlled, measurable, and privacy-preserving way. The initiative is a direct response to the many calls for an ‘immunity passport,’ a digital certificate that lets individuals prove (and request proof from others) that they’ve recovered after testing negative, have tested positive for antibodies, or have received a vaccination, once one is available. By proving some level of immunity, individuals will be able to begin participating in everyday life again.  (9)

"The COVID Credentials initiative (CCI) has launched to use digital identity to address the spread of COVID-19. The aim is to develop “immunity passports” and much more. The group includes individuals who are part of Evernym, ID2020, uPort, Dutch research organization TNO, Microsoft, ConsenSys Health and consultants Luxoft. So far, at least 69 have signed up." (10)

The COVID-19 Credentials Initiative has been set up by none other than Bill Gates' ID2020 (See #19 COVID 1984) and Microsoft along with many others. In looking into the organizations that have signed up, this will be, as they said - "so much more than just injectable information regarding immunity, it will be your complete identity" and quite possibly your way to pay for purchases.

For "verifiable credentials can power myriad of use cases, not just immunity passports." (9) ‍ Just a reminder, before Covid-19 took over our lives ID2020 was already planning your digital ID to be administered by a vaccine. In September of last year (2019) these two articles were published online.

By the way, in case people were thinking that they could get out of taking this vaccination because they have tested positive for the COVID-19 antibodies or recovered from COVID-19, the World Health Organization (WHO) is not going to allow that. WHO is adamantly against anyone getting an "immunity passport" or any other form of certificate on the "assumption they would be immune from reinfection". WHO warns that certificates could pose a health risk by providing unjustified assurances of protection to individuals and their communities. (13)

So yes... Looks like the new normal will have you vaccinated.

Censorship

In December of 2019 it was reported that Facebook and Instagram were using an international fact checking network to flag posts, video's or photos as being false. (22)

Twitter has announce that it will not allow what they deem is false information regarding 5G. (23)

"Twitter has also been rolling out regular updates to its 'acceptable speech' policies during the pandemic, steadily constraining ever further the kinds of thoughts and commentary it allows. Over the last few weeks alone, it has “broadened our definition of harm to address content that goes directly against guidance from authoritative sources of global and local public health information [regarding COVID-19]” (25)

YouTube is now using its fact-checking information panels in the U.S. First introduced in Brazil and India, the expansion comes as COVID-19-related misinformation and conspiracy has proliferated online and through certain media. (24)

So yes...Looks like the new normal will include censorship.

Food Shortages

Bill Gates interview with the Financial Times:

Financial Times: "Do you see a situation where the global economy could be virtually at a standstill for a year or even more?"

Bill Gates: "Well, it won't go to zero, but it will shrink. Global GDP is going to take probably the biggest hit ever. Maybe the Depression was worse or 1873, I don't know. But in my lifetime this will be the greatest economic hit. But you don't have a choice. People act like you have a choice...for the world at large, normalcy only returns when we've largely vaccinated the entire global population." (7)

On April 22nd 2020 CNN reported that, "The world is facing multiple famines of 'biblical proportions' in just a matter of months, the UN has said, warning that the coronavirus pandemic will push an additional 130 million people to the brink of starvation.

Famines could take hold in "about three dozen countries" in a worst-case scenario, the executive director of the World Food Programme (WFP) said in a stark address on Tuesday. Ten of those countries already have more than 1 million people on the verge of starvation, he said. He cited conflict, an economic recession, a decline in aid and a collapse in oil prices as factors likely to lead to vast food shortages, and urged swift action to avert disaster.

"While dealing with a Covid-19 pandemic, we are also on the brink of a hunger pandemic," David Beasley told the UN's security council. "There is also a real danger that more people could potentially die from the economic impact of Covid-19 than from the virus itself." (26)

Covid-19’s Third Shock Wave: The Global Food Crisis

Many people are already going hungry in the United States; many more will face hunger or starvation in other parts of the world.

"Major world disasters produce multiple ripple effects. Like a powerful tsunami, they trigger one shock wave after another, each producing injury and mayhem. In the case of Covid-19, the first wave was the global health crisis, still spreading around the world. Next came the stay-at-home requirements and the resulting shutdown of the world economy, resulting in massive job layoffs everywhere. These, in turn, are producing a third wave, possibly even more catastrophic in its outcome: the collapse of global food-supply systems and widespread human starvation...The curbs on international trade and travel imposed by governments around the world in response to the pandemic have also played havoc with global supply lines. Many ships and planes remain idle because of such restrictions (or because key employees are sick or afraid to show up for work), slowing the delivery of vital supplies and adding to a surge in food prices. In East Africa, international efforts to combat a historic plague of crop-devouring locusts are being hampered by a slowdown in the delivery of pesticides." (27)

So yes...looks like the new normal may include food rationing and/or shortages.

WAR

I want to remind my Dear Readers that we went to war with Iraq because of so called weapons of mass destruction - that were never there. We are in a never-ending war with Afghanistan. A never ending war with ISIS. Trump has just instructed the US navy to shoot and destroy Iranian ships harassing U.S. ships. (29) We have alleged election tampering by Russia, a release of COVID-19 rumors regarding China and now this...

Low oil prices drag Middle East economies to collapse

"The low oil price environment in the global market is dragging the Middle Eastern oil-producing countries to collapse, whose economies are strongly dependent on crude oil production and exports.

Due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) keeping global oil consumption weak, and the oil price war between Saudi Arabia and Russia, crude oil prices are fluctuating below $30 per barrel since March 6 when OPEC and non-OPEC nations failed to reach an output curb deal.

Low crude prices are seriously threatening most oil-producing countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) who need higher oil prices to balance their budgets." (28)

I do not know what this may mean, but I am sure the world's oil producing nations are none too happy.

I HOPE NOT - but yes...looks like the new normal may include war.

I know, this is not the good news you were hoping for. We are all yearning to have some semblance of normal. And we will have a bit of it. But I am afraid that we will not be marching back to what we had - but into what they have in store for us. This provided the powers that be an extraordinary trial run for how they can proceed with what they have been planning for years.

However, this did not take God by surprise. What is happening all around the world right now is the culmination of what has been written over two thousand years ago in the Bible. He does not want us to be afraid - he wants us to be prepared. Prepared to meet our returning Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He promised us that we would see the signs of His coming. What are these signs?

To recap Watch#3, The Bible is very specific about how the world will look prior to the return of Jesus. The most important signal of His imminent return is the miracle rebirth of the national of Israel. Israel was dispersed throughout the world after the Romans sacked Jerusalem and burned down the Temple in AD70. The lost language of Hebrew would be restored and it has been. There will be wars and rumors of wars, the whole world looking into and trying to bring Peace into the Middle East. There will be earthquakes in many places. There would be famine. We would have explored the whole world and sea and gone into the heavens. We would have the technology to view happenings from anywhere in the world in real time. What is good is considered evil and what is evil is considered good. We would become a cashless society and there would arise a New World Order.

"And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh." (Luke 21:28)
