"And what I say unto you, I say unto all...

Watch!" (Mark 13:37)

In the last two blogs, we have been identifying ancient Biblical Prophecies that have come to pass or are coming to pass quickly. These prophecies were written thousands of years ago as signals to watch for. These signals herald the imminent return of Jesus, also referred to as the Day of the Lord.

These signals include the miraculous reappearing of Israel as a nation. Knowledge and travel increasing significantly. The Euphrates River "eventually" drying up. Damascus being completely destroyed. The traits of the last generation and the normalization of an LGBTQ lifestyle.

We talked last time about the "powers that be" and their unswerving commitment for complete control. Without citing all the laws on ours and other country's books (that allow the governing bodies to seize complete control over just about everything) just know that with the help of some form of chaos these laws can jump into effect to bring about their definition of order. In the United States think George Bush's 2001 Patriot Act, Obama's 2011

addition to this Act and Obama's signing of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, among many others.

We will now look at two other prophecies, that when written, were absolutely, completely unheard of, and as such said to be allegorical and not believed by Bible Scholars. Shame.

The first one, I am sure, many of you have heard of. The infamous Mark of the Beast.

"And the second beast required all people small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark." (Revelation 13:16-17)

This prophecy, in the book of Revelation, was written by an Apostle named John around 96 AD. And for context, he is writing about the time just prior to the Lord's return, when the whole world is under the control by"the powers that be". Think for just a moment how the world looked to John at this time. It would have seemed completely, insanely, ridiculous that the whole world - considering much of it had not even been discovered yet - could be under any kind of umbrella of control. Not even Rome could pull this off. But, look at the world today...

Through satellite, we can view (up close) anywhere in the world. Google has mapped (almost) the entire world. GPS can guide us though (almost) anywhere in the world. Our economy is so tied to one another that a glitch in Spain causes our stock market to wobble. The 2008 debacle affected the whole world economically. And through our phones we can buy and sell by credit card, or Apple Pay etc., even street vendors in almost all parts of the world. I just paid for a massage on a beach in Mexico ( A solitary stand, by itself, not affiliated with any Hotel) with a credit card, thanks to them using their Smart Phone.

Now, what about this Mark? And how can it affect whether we can buy or sell? It is not 'The Mark' necessarily that will or won't allow you to buy or sell as we will see...

Because of the misuse of cash by drug smugglers and other bad people and the unhygienic"ness" of cash, and the untrackablity of cash by "the powers that be", cash is going bye-bye. Maybe not tomorrow, but it will. Cards will be fully replaced by Phone Apps. and then the capability of paying with our phones will be replaced by an implantable chip. Sound like a sci-fi conspiracy theory? Well, the implantable chip has been around for well over two decades. When I first wrote about this technology it was being developed by a company called Veri-Chip. Now a Swedish Company called Biohax International is dominating the market with RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) implantable chips. These chips are currently being manufactured to be implanted between you thumb and forefinger.

On paymentsource.com Chip-and-Skin: Payments -Matrix Moment, it says this: "Microchip implants could be considered the ultimate form of mobile payment. Skipping the Smart Phone altogether... The RFID chips are the size of a grain of rice and are implanted between the thumb and forefinger. The chips have near-field communication (NFC) technology, which is also used in contactless credit cards and mobile payments. It is also the technology to track pets and and packages."

usatoday.com You Will Get Chipped - Eventually, "This would go beyond paying with your Smart Phone. Instead chipped customers would simply wave their hands in lieu of Apple Pay and other mobile payment systems...the benefits don't stop there. In the future, consumers could zip through airports scanners sans Passports or Drivers License, open doors, start cars and operate home automation systems."

Yes, the chip is coming to a hand near you. Who wouldn't want the convenience of this chip. No more passwords! But here's the rub. Imagine the very near future, where great swaths of this world are cashless. Where we casually use our chipped hands to do all of our shopping, pay our bills, buy our medicine, open our doors, start our cars, walk through TSA etc... Now imagine you are the suspect in a crime. Guess what you will not be able to do? Run. Why? The powers that be will turn off your chip. Great! Who wants a criminal on the run?

Now I want you to imagine a world where you are required to take 'The Mark'. Many people (not just Christians) will not take 'The Mark.' Below you will see why. Anyone who refuses to take 'The Mark' will be killed, or if the person does not show up to their local 'Mark' Application Center, their chip will be turned off. Now that Dear Reader - is power.

Not taking the mark will have dire consequences. But so will taking 'The Mark'...

"So the first [angel] went and poured out his bowl upon the earth, and a foul and loathsome sore came upon the men who had the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image." Revelation 16:2

"If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name." Revelation 14:9-11

So, here we have a huge conundrum. Damned if you do and killed if you don't.

"...and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years." (Revelation 20:4)

(I know, believe me, I know - this is very upsetting. Just remember that this blog is about God's Love for You and His Love includes protection. Stick with me. We will get there.)

These Bible prophecies regarding "The Mark" and the whole world being commanded to take it and not being able to buy or sell if you do not take it, could not have come true at any other time in history. But as you can see, the technology it is already here.

The last prophecy we are going to look at is also in the book of Revelation. It speaks of a time in the future when the Anti-Christ is finally able to kill the two witnesses. These two witnesses preach about God. Anyone who tries to harm them, fail or are harmed themselves. However, Mr. Anti christ eventually "...make[s] war against them [the two witnesses] and shall overcome and kill them."

"And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and a half, and shall not allow their dead bodies to be put in graves." (Revelation 11:7,9)

The whole world is able to see the dead bodies of the two witnesses lying dead in the street. Since the advent of the T.V. this was feasible. Before that? Impossible. However, many people throughout the world do not have a TV. But do you know what they do have? A cell phone. Some of the poorest of the poor somehow are able to get their hands on cell phones. And that is how the whole world will be able to SEE the two dead witnesses lying in the street. What does the world do, when these witnesses are finally killed?

"And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them [being killed], and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another..." (Revelation 11:10)

The world is so relieved that these two very un "woke" Dudes stop their seemingly unloving and intolerant speech that they throw a world wide party - It's like Christmas!

Jesus lets us know that when we begin to see these things come to pass that he is about to return.

"Behold the fig tree, and all the trees; When shoot forth, you see and know of your own selves that summer is now at hand. So likewise, when you see these things come to pass, you know that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand. Verily I say unto you, this generation shall not pass away till all be fulfilled." (Luke 29-32)

It is my hope that after reading these'Watch' blogs that you come away from it at least seeing that the prophets in the Bible were amazingly accurate in their foretelling future events. I want to encourage you to remember as we proceed, that these prophets also foretold the "first" coming of Jesus. We will look into those prophecies next. I may branch off and start another blog entitled 'Watch' in which will be focused exclusively on Biblical prophecy, current events, etc. In the meantime, do not be dismayed regarding the bleak outlook of the future. You know you could see this coming. But do not be afraid. God has provided for this time period. We will look into what His provision is later. In the meantime, I will leave you with this:

"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler: You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, Nor of pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lay waste the noon day. A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you." (Psalm 91:1, 4-7)

The Founding Partners include: Accenture - A global management consulting and professional services firm. Gavi - The Vaccine Alliance. The Rockefeller Foundation - Provided ID2020 with seed funding in 2007 and has been an ongoing supporter of ID2020's work. Microsoft Sits on ID2020's Technical and Program Delivery Advisory Committees.

IDEO . ORG - to design products, services, and experiences to improve the lives of people in poor and vulnerable communities and is represented on their Program Delivery and Ecosystem & Advocacy Advisory Committees.

I am curious as to why GAVI a vaccine alliance has anything, whatsoever, to do with a global digital ID program? Microsoft is committed to provide a safe, secure Digital ID to the whole world for the opportunities they deserve.

What could be more portable than a chip in your hand inserted by a syringe? We may now have the answer to why GAVI is involved. They deal with areas of the population that are wary of vaccines. In the same way GAVI promotes vaccines to the impoverished and sometimes superstitious community, they can springboard all the amazing benefits to be had if you would but allow a syringe be inserted into your hand for your own personal, safe, secure digital ID chip that will provide you to access to essential services.

Finally, here are the core requirements for Digital ID. The four P's:

Private: "Control your own identity, and what data is shared and with whom."

How many times has this or that company been accused of blatant privacy crimes by recording you! So I sincerely doubt that we will have any real control over what data is shared and with whom.

Portable: "Accessibility anywhere you happen to be through multiple methods."

If it is inside your body then, yeah, it is everywhere you wanna be.

Persistent: "Lives with you from life to death."

(I take this Digital ID chip as a token of my affection... until death do us part...)

Personal: "Unique to you and only you." !

The above is why I may end up starting a new blog "Watch". Every day is a step closer to the prophecies written in the Bible about the times we are living in now.
